THE QUIK-SHOT SYSTEM

The MaxLiner system carries out the initial pipe lining with an epoxy or silicate-based resin, the Quik-Shot sewer lateral systems at PrimeLine Products consist of a line of compact propane-powered water heaters for quickly heat-curing the resin. Quick-Shot Digital Scale – A digital scale that measures the correct quantity of liner resin.
Quik-Shot Calibration Hand Roller – Calibration Hand Roller on a foldable stand has a calibration scale on the unit to ensure the proper amount of resin in every liner. Stands approximately 54 in x 30 in wide. Designed so it can be used as a standalone or truck mounted.
PrimeLiner Quik-Shot Kits – Kits for 3” or 8” liners, including a bat, nozzle, gasket, and stiffener.
Quik-Shot Air Manifold – A control for the air manifold regulator during air curing.
Quik-Shot Venture Vacuum System – A system for removing air from a liner at the impregnation stage.
Quik-Shot Mixing Bit – A mixing bit for proper resin mixing, assuring you of maximizing the benefits of the resin.
Quik-Heater Water Manifold – A water manifold for 3”,4” 6” and 8” pipe liners, used in combination with the Quik-Heater.
Quik-Heater Hoses – A delivery hose and a return hose, both 25 feet, and two lay flat hoses for circulating water.

PRIMELINER™ QUIK-SHOT INVERSION UNIT

PrimeLiner™ Quik-Shot inversion unit is the most advanced lateral lining system available. Lightweight and portable and yet can continuously feed to any length. The basic unit equipped to invert both 4″, & 6″. Compatible with any and all manufacturer´s lining materials. The Unit uses air to invert the lining material but is equipped with a water port if water inversion is desired.

This 199,000 BTU propane water heater gives you the ability to cure your liners quickly. This heater will deliver up to 150-degree water. By using propane, it can be operated inside a building. All this in a compact unit that can easily be maneuvered by one man.
