PRIMELINE’S SECTIONAL REPAIR PRODUCTS

Our trenchless equipment for sale includes three products that work together as a complete sectional relining system.

Fiberglass Matting

This specialized fabric is the material that is coated in resin and cured in place as a permanent patch inside the pipe. It’s a 0°/90° biaxial fiberglass cloth with polyester components. Our matting is available in 60″ x 190′ rolls and 30″ by 190′ rolls.

Carrier Packers

The packer essentially acts like a shuttle by providing a solid vehicle to carry the patch inside the pipe. Primeline carrier packers feature innovative design elements, like our other trenchless equipment, to ensure flexibility in application as well as consistent and accurate results.

Air Push Rods

The real power behind the packer. A good rod system allows you to efficiently propel repair patches into place with minimal interference from air lines. Our push rods are 5 feet long to provide more control when implementing pipe lining systems.
