Jaws® / Hammerhead™
The Jaws® and Hammerhead™ nozzle water speed is increased by “looping” it through a series of individual conduits, resulting in disciplined, well defined and powerful water streams that stays together longer and farther behind the nozzle. These scientifically designed and crafted water stream angles, jet sizes and the jet itself deliver high thrusting capacity and more efficient cleaning.
The Jaws® nozzles have set a new standard that all other nozzles are measured by, cutting overall operating costs and increase efficiency.
In the Jaws® series of nozzles you also will find the BL Missile™, developed to be used without a sled. The request came from customers in South America with the problem of small pipes filled with grease. They needed a compact nozzle with optimal pull and thrusting power but with a design preventing the nozzle from getting stuck.
BL Missile™ is now the obvious complement to the Jaws® nozzle. To open up any obstacles the BL Missile™ is supplied with one penetrating forward jet. To give maximum service lifetime the BL Missile™ is also supplied with a replaceable wear body.
We have listened to what our customers have told us they want, and have developed the C-Ray™ Nozzle series as a direct result. As the most powerful bottom cleaner available today, our patented design increases water speed by “looping” the water through individual conduits. The water streams are delivered at a specific angle through jet sizes that provide optimal cleaning power directed towards the debris that collects at the bottom of your pipes.
High flow nozzles deliver exceptional cleaning quality for a range of different styles of pipes. The Orca™ nozzle provides twice the cleaning power by combining two jetting units and increasing water flow.
Characteristics of the Orca™ Nozzle:
- The Orca™ nozzles are constructed using high quality stainless steel which reduces turbulence. The jet stream is maintained perfectly thanks to the SBR rubber conduit cover, and is able to reach further without reducing pressure.
- This system allows for variable jet sizes and can accommodate 200 to 1,500 L/m (60-400 US GPM) of water flow.
- Debris is efficiently removed thanks to the lower angle of the jet stream.
- A swivel is required in order for high performance operation.
BL Gold™ Recycling
Using a recycling truck puts a lot of strain to products and material. To meet our customer’s expectations regarding efficiency and safety, we have developed the BL Gold™ nozzle. At first glance the BL Gold™ looks very similar to the BL Missile. But it is more then meets the eye. BL Gold™ is made of wear resistant bronze alloy. We have developed a new technique allowing us to mill the channels directly in the bronze material for maximum wear resistance and safety. BL Gold™ is supplied with ceramic jets. Normally ceramic jets are unnecessary due to the flow design of the Jaws® Series, which the BL Gold™ is part of.
The Ice Bear™ nozzles are designed for routine problem solving in your pipes. This simple yet effective design allows for less turbulence, high performance jet angles and increased power to move dirt and debris. Built on our knowledge and experience over the years, our proprietary nozzles deliver power and efficiency.
For tougher problems presented by things like grease build up and tree roots, the Spinner™ series provides increased cleaning capacity thanks to a combination of thrusting jets as well as rotating propulsion 45° and 90° jets. This fully adjustable system cleans out even the most stubborn blockages.
It is important to get up close to the blockage in order to ensure proper removal, particularly when using a rotating nozzle. Our nozzles accommodate both 1/8” and ¼” NPT hose connections.
Goblin Grease Eater
The GOBLIN™ series is a combination of the Jaws™ and Hammerhead™ nozzles which were extremely effective and created a brand new way of pipe cleaning in the industry. Known as the NATAB™ system, the GOBLIN™ is the newest innovation that harnesses this cleaning power.
Using water bearing walls, the GOBLIN™ is a smoother, less turbulent experience that maintains high energy in the water stream so that it can be applied directly to the blockage, providing a more effective and powerful cleaning system when compared to traditional methods.
